They didn’t ask em to write this but they are so kind and great with kids my daughter actually got upset that we might be late and it’s effective it’s really helping her see better I couldn’t be happier with them

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Visual Health & Learning Center! From the front desk office staff, to the optometrists, to Michelle the office manager, to the vision therapists- this is the most kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and LOVING staff you'll ever encounter. Dr. Jenna spent so much time with us, answering our questions and building a rapport with our 8 yr old son. Michelle walked us through exactly what the necessary fees and costs were and what they included. And Mr. Landon, our son's vision therapist, is an absolute angel on Earth. Seeing Mr. Landon was the highlight of our son's week and he was so sad to "graduate" from his weekly sessions. We noticed a huge improvement in our son's vision, his glasses Rx, and even his behavior after completing vision therapy. We are so grateful for this office and what they do.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Chi and the entire team at Visual Health Learning Center. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff, who made us feel completely at ease. The office itself is clean, welcoming, and child-friendly, which made my anxious daughter feel comfortable right away. Dr. Chi was absolutely wonderful! He has such a sweet, calm, and patient demeanor that immediately put me and my daughter at ease. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for us to understand and was so gentle during the exam, which helped her feel relaxed even though she was struggling with a painful eye infection making it difficult to examine the eye. It’s clear Dr. Chi genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable and well taken care of. I don’t think I have ever come out of a medical appointment with such high regards for a professional. The staff also deserves a shout-out - Especially Miss Amia :) for being incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. From scheduling the appointment to checking out, everything was seamless, and I left feeling completely confident in the care my child received. It is evident this office takes careful consideration who they hire to be their first line of representation for them. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care Dr. Chi and the team provided. Our son has improved so much through vision therapy. Before vision therapy, he avoided school work. He would argue and procrastinate any time he needed to get school work done. He completely avoided reading altogether. Since finishing vision therapy, he is self motivated and finishes his school work quickly and independently. He has finished multiple chapter books independently. His handwriting has really improved as well. Landon was his therapist and we would highly recommend him as the weekly therapist. He was so great with our son. We are so thankful that we found Visual Health and Learning.

I've been treated for double vision issues here and can honestly say Everyone in this facility from Dr. Jenna to everyone at the front desk to schedulers and therapist are all so caring and professional I had to write this review which is rare for me.

My husband and I were late in discovering our daughter’s eye teaming trouble. Consequently, there was a steep hill ahead of her in retraining her over-compensating brain. To our delight, Dr. Chi was incredibly educational and kind and warm! He really spoke to us all in a way that made this intimidating new problem for us seem surmountable. AND IT WAS! Instead of dragging us along with fees and vision therapy ad infinitum, our daughter was cooperative and participated per her doctor’s orders and we were finished after just a few months of diligence! One could be skeptical that an office could make it a practice to take advantage of worried parents and keep them on the hook forever…. Not the case here. Our therapist, Tyler, was so thorough and capable of getting his patient to want to work with him and all of it was just wrapped up in a bow for us! Very thankful for the whole experience and it was well worth the nearly hour drive each way!

I am an adult and had an appointment with Dr. Chi. I am telling you it was the best experience. He was a wonderful mix of professionalism and informality. He was informed and educated and answered all my questions, but also made me feel relaxed and validated and laid back and comfortable in the office. He accommodated me when I needed to change my appointment and seriously was amazing I cannot say enough positive things.

My almost 7 year old had an appointment with Dr.Chi today. He was absolutely amazing! I knew I liked him but when he asked my son did he want eye drops in with his eyes open or closed, It was that moment that I knew my son liked him as well. When we got in the car, he said mommy it’s so great that we have an eye doctor who we really like.

We love the Visual Health and Learning Center! My son "graduated" from vision therapy at the age of six after six months on intensive one-on-one work. Everyone on the staff was incredibly supportive and I could see definite changes in him from the work that we put in. I referred another classmate of his who was having similar problems and her parents reported miraculous results. A+ doctors and staff. :)

I am an adult who had double vision as a result of glaucoma surgery. A combination of vision therapy and a special eyeglass prescription from Dr. Chi has made it possible for me to function normally. All of the staff have been great, including the doctor, therapists, and the office staff. I highly recommend them!

We first heard about Visual Health and Learning from the Gifted and Struggling Learners Homeschool Conference. While there, they advised us that we could use my son's Gardiner Scholarship for payment and we never had to worry about the payments from then on. We scheduled our appointment with Dr. Chi. He ran tests and told us our son has an eye tracking/ teaming issue and dyslexia and then laid out a plan of therapy to help. We completed all of our weekly therapy sessions and he hasn't had an issues since. His reading has gotten better and the tracking issue is completely gone. The entire team is wonderful, the doctors, the therapists, and office staff. I highly recommend them!!

We are extremely happy with the progress of our 6 and 8 year old children. Most people don't realize that vision therapy is a large part of foundational learning, which is part of the root cause of learning disabilities. We are very picky on the quality of education and we are so glad we chose Visual Health to have a long lasting influence on our children. The doctors and staff are really good with children and professional in making real progress.

My daughter has struggled with reading comprehension and keeping up in class. The knowledgeable doctors, supportive therapist, and wonderful staff at Visual Health and Learning Center helped her so much! We were able to identify why she was having vision problems (eventhough her regular vision tests showed her having excellent vision) and give her the help and support she needed. Her school and teachers now understand her struggle much better. Thank you!!!

Two of our daughters have graduated from vision therapy at Visual Health and Learning Center! Dr. Chi, Dr. Jenna, and the entire staff at VHLC are outstanding!! One of our daughters has Intermittent Exotropia, where her eyes turn outwards; through vision therapy alone, she has gained full control over her eyes and no longer has an eye turn! Surgery was avoided through therapy! Vision therapy was truly a life changing experience for her!! Our other daughter was struggling with reading and getting headaches when copying work from the board at school. An assessment at VHLC showed that she was having eye teaming and focusing issues; as a result of vision therapy, she no longer has headaches at school and is enjoying reading more. I would give VHLC my highest recommendation!

Big fans of everyone at Visual Health & Learning. My son made huge gains while completing vision therapy. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Chi, Dr. Jenna and the staff. We felt fully supported at all times.

I love this place. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Chi was excellent, thorough, and really spent a lot of time with us answering any questions we had and addressed our concerns completely about our 4 year old needing glasses. Definitely recommend!
